This product was (re)named after my late Nanay Rebing who passed away in August, 2022 after a sudden and short battle with a rare sarcoma cancer. 25% of all proceeds from the Rebing Duster sales will be donated to the Sarcoma Cancer Foundation of Canada. Read more about my Nanay’s story below…

My Nanay Rebecca (Rebing) lived with me in 2021 when I was still working out of my spare condo room. She loved watching me sew and even had her own sewing corner set up! At 84 years old, her mind was still sharp enough to cut and sew her own creations including her own dresses, scrunchies and mini pouches. In the summer of 2022 we found out she was battling a rare type of sarcoma cancer, which took multiple doctors and hospitals weeks to diagnose. She passed away that same summer after her short and sudden battle. These terno dusters were her favourite of my JJHC creations. She helped me model them when I launched them in 2021 and loved to wear the sage green one for special occasions. We’ve renamed them to the Rebing Terno Duster in her memory, and moving forward we will be donating 25% of proceeds from all duster sales to the Sarcoma Cancer Foundation of Canada.
