Custom order inquiries

For information on our custom order process, please see the info attached below. Each step is outlined based on whether you are located within the GTA or internationally.

Each piece is designed and made uniquely for you by Jillian Joy herself. From the fabric, silhouette, sizing, all the way down to the little details. We will walk through different designs to make sure it’ll be something you’ll love! Our custom made orders can range anywhere between $2500 - $5000. However, please keep in mind that designs can land above or below this range as it depends on your unique piece.

As each piece is hand made by Jillian Joy, we are only able to take on a set amount of custom orders each year. We recommend start the custom process around 12 - 15 months in advance of your event date (even more notice is welcome to secure your spot!). Rush orders may be accommodated at an additional fee, depending on Jillian Joy’s schedule.
