how do we place an order?

You can place an order request directly through the webpage of the design you’re interested in. You will be required to fill out a form which will be sent to our team for review. At this point your order will be “pending” until it is accepted by our team, where you will then receive a check out link via email to confirm and place your order. While there is no set quantity of dresses produced as they are made-to-order, your order acceptance will depend on the sewing schedule and order capacity of our team.


can we customize the designs?

Minor customizations to the designs will be available such as lining colour, length adjustment, and some fabric customizations. In general, if the customization does not greatly alter the pattern of the design, it can be accommodated. Some customizations may be accommodated with an additional cost, and larger customizations may deem the design to fall under a custom order design as opposed to a made-to-order design.


WHAT IS THE TIMELINE OF A MADE-TO-ORDER DESIGN?

The average turnaround time for a made-to-order design will be between 4-6 months beginning from the date the order is confirmed with payment. Some customizations may lead to a slightly longer turnaround time, which will be communicated before the order is confirmed. Orders that are needed with less than 4 months notice may be accommodated depending on the current sewing schedule of the team, and will be subject to an additional rush fee.


Are there any more designs?

The Ethereal dress duo is the first release of made-to-order dresses that includes two designs to choose from. Jillian plans to release a new collection of made-to-order dresses in the new year, once our team adapts to this new service!
